Susmita's skills include design skills in dyeing and printing, weaving, surface development, and manipulation, as well as photography and graphic design. Her experience and skills make her a versatile and talented designer in the textile industry.

With a strong foundation in dyeing, printing, weaving, surface development, and manipulation, Susmita began her career at Vriksh in May 2013, where she worked on forecast studies, design development, and weaving sarees and stoles. She then moved on to Home Ettu as a designer, followed by roles at Innerspace Inc., Prakash Printing Mills, and The Nissi Tribe.

Throughout her career, Susmita has excelled in design development, production, and merchandising for various textile products, including home furnishings, jewelry, apparel, and handicrafts. Her experience has equipped her with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the technical aspects of textile design.

Susmita Rekha Minz is a talented textile designer with a passion for creativity, innovation, and sustainability. Born and raised in Odisha, India, Susmita pursued her education in Textile Design from the National Institute of Fashion Design and Technology in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, graduating in 2014.
